Our pretreatment consists of 12 steps including zinc manganese phosphating. The pre-treatment is an important part of the surface treatment process as it creates the right conditions for a sustainable, and long-lasting result. We also offer pyrolysis and sandblasting if needed. We have high quality requirements and have an automatically closed system that the details go through before ED coating, wet varnish or powder varnish is applied. Our paint line and pretreatment facility handles parts up to 450kg/part.
